Our Cancellation Policies

"An Outstanding Experience"

We understand how busy life can be and how last-minute changes can affect your daily routine. We do ask that you be mindful that Blink The iBrow Boutique is a busy salon that works strictly with an appointment scheduled and we rely on our clients turning up for their appointments. When you don’t attend your appointment or don’t give us enough notice that you can’t attend, that also means that we have turned away other clients because that time was allocated to you specifically for that service, which is not fair to other clients trying to secure an appointment.
To ensure we can offer the best service to you and all the valued clients we have in place the following salon policies. We may use our discretion and waive or relax the policy where we deem it necessary if the circumstance is an emergency. We greatly appreciate your support of our salon and we will promise to provide the utmost professional service to you with every visit.


We send out a reminder text 48-hrs before your appointment; please use this time to make a change to any appointments.
Our Boutique has a 48-hour cancellation policy in place.
 
•    Cancellations under the 48 hours will be charged 30% of the full amount.
•    Reschedules under 24 hours will be charged 10% of the full amount.
•    No Shows will be charged 100% of the full amount for the services booked.


We ask as a courtesy for at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule of an appointment, so we have time to allocate the appointment to another client.

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their BLINK experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
